The prices are indicated per person/day.
All prices include: VAT, access to Lêch Vërt SPA, outdoor private parking, ski/bike storage with a ski boot dryer, daily cleaning, final cleaning, WI-FI connection, buffet breakfast, ski shuttle to/from Piz Sorega cable car at pre-defined hours.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 2 per person (over 14 years old).
Kids up to 3 years 50% discount, from 3 to 12 years 30% discount. Sofa bed 10% discount.
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of late arrival the total price of the reservation will be billed.
For early departures, 100% of the booked stay will be billed.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance. Apartments and rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
We kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if the check-in is planned after 11 p.m.
Smoking is not allowed in all rooms, apartments and public areas.

- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 30% of the total price of your stay
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay
- 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay

- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 40% of the total price of your stay
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay
- 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay
